In Memory of Ralph W. Marol Jr. ’76
RALPH W. MAROL JR. ’76 of Evanston, Illinois, died Dec. 5, 2022. At Ripon, he studied business management. He received a degree from Emory University and a master of business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He had successful careers in finance, real estate and retail, owned a bakery and, with his sister Mary, owned and managed properties in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. He was a practicing Buddhist and longtime student of meditation. He enjoyed woodworking, playing Yahtzee, listening to books on tape and Chicago sports. Survivors include one son.
