In Memory of Kenneth von Kluck ’65
Kenneth von Kluck ’65 died peacefully at home on February 10, 2022. He was 78. Ken was a devoted husband to Martha (née Chernov), father to Jordan (Ashley) of Chicago and Alex of San Diego, adoring grandfather to Grace, and half brother to James (Janet) Rosellini of Racine. Ken was a lifelong resident of the Chicago area until he and Martha retired to Eagle River in 2014. He had strong ties to Wisconsin, graduating from Ripon College and the University of Wisconsin Law School as well as vacationing all his life in the Northwoods.
Ken was a man of many talents and interests. A practicing attorney for 46 years, he was also an artist, served on many civic, health related and not-for-profit boards and committees, and was an aficionado of the cultural arts, history, sports cars, Scotch and more. Ken was an outdoorsman who loved to bike, boat, garden and chop wood for nightly campfires. Yet he always had time for his family, whether coaching soccer, rebuilding the car of his youth with his sons or encouraging nightly family discussions around the dinner table.
