In Memory of Christine Gruett Robillard ’71
Simpsonville, SC- Merrie Christine Robillard, 69, wife of Richard Robillard, died Sunday, May 13, 2018.
Born January 26, 1949 in Port Washington, WI, Christine was a daughter of the late Frank Albert and Elaine Reichgeld Gruett. She was a dedicated teacher and worked at Oak Creek Elementary in Oak Creek, WI, Pontiac Elementary in Columbia, SC, and most recently having served 17 years at Fairforest Elementary School before her retirement.
In addition to her husband, Christine is survived by her son, Brett J. Robillard of Columbia, SC; her daughter, Heidi Rappole (Robert) of Raleigh, NC; and three grandchildren, Hayley Robillard, Abigail Robillard, and James Rappole.
She was predeceased by a sister, Susan Seimann.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 22nd, 6-8PM at Dunbar Funeral Home.
