In Memory of Cavin J. Deuster ’51
CALVIN J. DEUSTER ’51 of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, died Feb. 24, 2023. At Ripon, he majored in economics and participated in Phi Delta Theta/Alpha Phi Omega. He served in the U.S. Army from 1952 to 1954 during the Korean War. He retired from American Can Co. after 30 years in sales and as an account executive, having worked in Menasha, Seattle, Los Angeles, Richmond, Kansas City, Chicago, Madison and St. Paul. Upon retirement in 1985, he returned home to live on Linden Beach for the past 37 years. He was a member of Holy Family Church-St. Peter. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, boating and sailing. Survivors include three sons; and a sister, FAY DEUSTER NEMICK ’56.
